There is a very high staff turnover rate. People working in management that have never worked in management before could not even lead a horse to water. The residents are walking around soaked in urine daily. Half of them are infested with scabies.

One of the best MC Communities in the area, and their Sales Director, Evan is simply amazing. Not only does he care for his Residents but never fails to spread joy for others as well. Looking forward to working many more years with Evan in our community !

My father-in-law moved in 7 months ago. We were so excited about Hidden Lakes as he loved to walk and they have walking paths with a Gazebo. He is so happy that he can be outside. They are taking such great care of him and he is so happy. He always tells us the food is great and they have activities all the time including "field trips" and lunches to local restaurants. We are thankful we took the time to really investigate all of the choices for memory care and brought him to Hidden Lakes.

We have had a family member at the inspired living at hidden Lakes facility since January. The transition of the move-in was a difficult decision, but they made it as easy and as pleasant as possible. The staff is good about communicating with us any issues, concerns, goals and accomplishments that have occurred. We are greeted and recognized by the staff when we come in for visits. We are pleased with the level of care that our family member receives and appreciate everything that they do to make each and every day as comfortable and enjoyable for them.❤️. Thanks to all the staff members 🤗.
