Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes

All of the staff was so welcoming and offered great support and understanding. From Kathryn Bland, to Melany Torres, Evan Businger and Laritza Rafols-Armas. My wife declined quickly and the ladies on the floor were all so kind, gentle and compassionate to her. Numerous staff would hug me in my time of crisis. My wife, Mary, slowly slipped in to eternally with the wonder aid of Tidewell Hospice. I can truly say everyone was an Angel. Thank you all.

Last week, I had the opportunity to witness a young lady named Natavia assisting a gentleman at a doctor’s office. I was truly impressed by the level of care and compassion she showed. She guided him through the appointment, helped answer questions to the best of her ability, and made sure everything that needed to be handled was taken care of. When the gentleman began to feel nervous, she gently held his hand and comforted him, helping him feel at ease. At one point, he needed his ID, and without hesitation, she offered to run back across the street to the facility to retrieve it so he could be seen. That level of dedication really stood out to me. She had excellent manners, was dressed professionally, and wore her name badge proudly. Although I didn’t catch her last name, her first name is Natavia.Seeing the care she provided has stayed with me. I’ve been thinking about placing my father in a facility, and after what I witnessed, Inspired Living will be my first stop all thanks to Natavia. It truly warms my heart to know there are still people in this world who genuinely care. From what I saw, I’m confident she does an amazing job at Inspired Living.

My father-in-law has been a resident here for over a year (dementia) and the staff and management have been PHENOMENAL. They allow, and even encourage, cameras in his room so we could keep an eye on him and communicate with him. With such a sad disease to watch take someone you love and care about so much, the staff here have been absolutely amazing and have helped ease our worries.
