Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes

Last week, I had the opportunity to witness a young lady named Natavia assisting a gentleman at a doctor’s office. I was truly impressed by the level of care and compassion she showed. She guided him through the appointment, helped answer questions to the best of her ability, and made sure everything that needed to be handled was taken care of. When the gentleman began to feel nervous, she gently held his hand and comforted him, helping him feel at ease. At one point, he needed his ID, and without hesitation, she offered to run back across the street to the facility to retrieve it so he could be seen. That level of dedication really stood out to me. She had excellent manners, was dressed professionally, and wore her name badge proudly. Although I didn’t catch her last name, her first name is Natavia.Seeing the care she provided has stayed with me. I’ve been thinking about placing my father in a facility, and after what I witnessed, Inspired Living will be my first stop all thanks to Natavia. It truly warms my heart to know there are still people in this world who genuinely care. From what I saw, I’m confident she does an amazing job at Inspired Living.

I visit Inspired Living several times a week to care for a couple friends whom are residents. It is a highlight of my day to come to this beautiful facility in Lakewood Ranch. The front desk and all staff are very friendly and always have a warm greeting for you. They offer so much nurturing and everyone is ready to assist in anyway. I also must mention the wonderful Director of Activities, Cheri Lopez. Since she has come on board, the activities are more frequent. Her enthusiasm, vitality and love for the elderly is quite a gift she has. Her ideas are never ending and the party themes she arranges and designs bring everyone together for a great time.

This has been an amazing experience for our family during I difficult period in our family’s life. Great staff and caring and compassionate care. Strive to keep our lives one interacting in all activities and to feel safe and as if living in a community. Great communication. I love the staff and would recommend this place to all who find themselves in this difficult situation when needing a place for their loved one for memory care

My father-in-law moved in 7 months ago. We were so excited about Hidden Lakes as he loved to walk and they have walking paths with a Gazebo. He is so happy that he can be outside. They are taking such great care of him and he is so happy. He always tells us the food is great and they have activities all the time including "field trips" and lunches to local restaurants. We are thankful we took the time to really investigate all of the choices for memory care and brought him to Hidden Lakes.
