My name is Trenton, and I want to share my experience moving my parents into Inland Point. 2025 was easily the most devastating chapter of my life. My dad had a stroke and eventually became terminally ill. My mom is on dialysis, and he was her full-time caretaker. Due to his sickness, I became both of their caregivers. After nine months, I was no longer able to provide the care they needed. After struggling to find a retirement home in Bandon, I met with Susan at Inland Point. She immediately made me feel at home and assured me that my parents would be taken care of. My dad passed away within the first month of being there. He was my best friend. The staff at Inland Point helped my mom and I through the whole process. My mom moved into Inland Point and lost her husband. I lost my dad. Somehow, the staff made us feel comforted. It really felt like they were there for us during our worst time. Now my mom lives there alone, but it has a real family feel to it. I do not feel like I dropped my mom off in some random environment. I truly feel like she is in a place where people care about her and treat her like family. I also remember multiple staff members checking to see if I was okay while I was grieving the death of my dad. I don’t think of Inland Point as a retirement community. I think of it as the place that helped my mom and I get through the hardest time of our lives. I can’t thank the staff enough for their generosity and kindness.

Inland point is by far the best facility on the oregon coast. The residents are really nice the staff are amazing. There is always something fun going on rather its with activities or music, car show, holidays they always have something going on. If your looking for a place for yourself or a loved one I would recommend inland point.

Our mom has been there 2 years…BEST PLACE EVER!!! Employees are all very kind, caring, and compassionate! Many fun activities! Highly recommended!!!
