I want to take the time to commend the staff at Willowbrook Court. Special shout-out to Naveen😎🙏 and Jessica! 😇👍 as well as all the wonderful and caring staff. My parents moved into ACTS over 15 years ago. Overall the treatment has been excellent the staff is going above and beyond for both of my parents as a medical doctor and a physician assistant I am familiar with the challenges that the wonderful nursing staff faces. The shortage of nurses at the facility it's hard to compensate for, but the people there managed to get the job done staying late and working multiple back-to-back exhausting shifts. I can't thank the nursing staff there enough! You are all dedicated to the patients and their welfare. Dr. Frederick E Stewart MD, PA-C, MMS 🙏😇

After a recent emergency hip replacement my dad did his rehab and recovery at Willowbrooke Ct inside IRE. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and consistent. There were never any worries about medication delivery or time. He ADORED the culinary staff. The Social Work staff worked tirelessly to keep us up to date on his insurance coverage and helped us through any hurdles. PT and OT helped get him up and moving. It felt like every staff member was happy to be at work and genuinely cared about his recovery and well-being. He had moved from the hospital to another facility and after 24 hours we knew we needed to find an alternative. I am so grateful we found Willow Brooke Ct. From the moment we walked in the doors the vibe felt more like taking him to a dear friend's home than skilled nursing. Hopefully we never need skilled nursing again but if we do we will be back.

The quality here at this community has gone downhill over the years. Food, Service and Especially with the medical care the residents receive. Beforehand nurses used to respond if there was an issue such as a fall. Now they dont. Instead they just send a security officer. Staffing for the nurses is also a issue. With there being times where one nurse will be running 2 or more households. When its suppose to be atleast 1 nurse PER household. Portions for the dinners have gone down as well as the price of the food has gone up. They have increased fees for transportation as well leaving the residents concerned with the direction the campus is going. These issues have been brought up with all the heads of this campus.The number of times I've been told things would they looked into and addressed. It has been asked of them to inform the Heads of the Corporation before. Its still uncertain if the Corporation heads of the Company in Pennsylvania know of these issues and if they are being addressed or ever brought up to them. It seems like this community is ran differently compared to other Acts communities ive visited. Especially with the independent living care.

ACTS Indian River Estates has been a blessing for our family. WillowBrooke Court is truly “where loving-kindness lives” in all areas from nursing care to culinary to activities.
