Holiday Greenwood Terrace

My mom has been living at Greenwood Terrace for 3 years. It's been a wonderful experience and she has been very happy. We are now getting ready to move her to a one bedroom in the same building and Janet has been wonderful and so helpful. She's happy to speak to me on the phone and answer all of my questions. The whole staff is awesome and so caring for the residents that live there. I couldn't ask for a better place for my mom to live. She feels at home and that is huge!!

Greenwood Terrace has been wonderful. Ever since I helped my friend move in, their staff has been attentive and helpful with all of our questions that come up. They have a lot of activities for the residents, and are great at letting everyone know what special events are going on through their newsletters. They have a library that's serviced by the Johnson County library system, they have an in-house salon, and they have in-house physical therapy. It's a clean and welcoming facility.

Trying to find a retirement community for my parents has been quite the ordeal. I'm sure everyone can relate to that. The process is overwhelming. Then I stumbled on Holiday Greenwood Terrace. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had found a hidden gem. The staff is simply amazing. Calli is just the sweetest person in the world and is perfectly matched to her position. She made ME feel right at home and I am not the one moving in. Her patience and people skills are top notch. Everyone there has bent over backwards to accommodate my requests, questions and any possible concerns. By the time I brought my parents in, I had already shared Holiday Greenwood with several other prospects. The place just feels like home. Of course, you can say that everyone is so nice because they want you in the doors, but I have talked with and seen the residents. This place is the real deal. Everyone is so happy here and they sincerely consider this place home. A load has been taken off of me and my siblings because we all feel comfortable in knowing that our parents will be so well taken care of and happy. Thank you Holiday Greenwood and thank you to Calli. Give them a call and set up a tour - you won't be sorry. I forgot to add that the grounds and the location of the community are just wonderful. The flowers, the trees, the birds, the green space, everything is just so peaceful and serene. If you are lucky enough to get a balcony - you are in for a treat, I promise you!! It is close to everything you could need, and yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city.

I was quite impressed the day of my tour by the leadership staff and others I met. The day I moved in I was greeted by several nice residents and staff members. I have found residents to be friendly. Staff members are willing to help any way possible. My apartment is cozy and being able to decorate it as I wish has made it my home. I plan to remain at Greenwood Terrace for a good long time.
