Had not 1, but 2 cell phones stolen from my Grandmother. 1 shortly after she moved in and the 2nd after she passed away. Thank goodness we never have to come back. Stay away if you care about your loved ones belongings

Great Facility! Always clean, well kept and seems like they have a lot of staff! Lots of space and activities for the capacity. One of my top recommendations when it comes to senior living in KC. Haven’t heard anything bad from anyone I’ve dealt with living or working there.

My parents have been residents for 2 months now and we have had non stop issues, including care issues of great concern. Numerous occasions where they have been ignored for hours even when activating the emergency call button, not occasional but frequent. Staff turnover is massive leading to poor care or training. Pharmacy mistakes and billing issues are also of concern. The issue is poor executive leadership or attention, they frequently apologize for failure but do nothing to correct it. They are among the most expensive in the area. And quality doesn't measure up.

My mother has been staying at Alto for several months and is loving it! The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are daily activities that she enjoys and has made many new friends. The nurses and aides have been attentive, especially Karina, Patty and Tiger. The food is delicious and they serve a great variety each week. We feel that Mom is in a safe comfortable place!
