Great Facility! Always clean, well kept and seems like they have a lot of staff! Lots of space and activities for the capacity. One of my top recommendations when it comes to senior living in KC. Haven’t heard anything bad from anyone I’ve dealt with living or working there.

Takes awhile to connect well with the staff but my mom is doing much better with everything. I love the staff and enjoy the people. No place is perfect but I sometimes wish I could stay there for awhile.

My parents have been residents for 2 months now and we have had non stop issues, including care issues of great concern. Numerous occasions where they have been ignored for hours even when activating the emergency call button, not occasional but frequent. Staff turnover is massive leading to poor care or training. Pharmacy mistakes and billing issues are also of concern. The issue is poor executive leadership or attention, they frequently apologize for failure but do nothing to correct it. They are among the most expensive in the area. And quality doesn't measure up.

My family and I fought to get them into this location which we thought was very good. Over the past three months they have done nothing but drop the ball and have literally risked my parents’ well-being due to what I can only presume is poor management and high employee turnover. To date, the responses of administration have been more pathetic than empathetic and we have seen no improvements. We regret this decision, especially considering what is being spent for minimal care.
