Historic Roswell Place

My mother was a resident there until recently. At first, we were impressed with a cleanliness, but that has declined in the past year The food that is served to the memory care. Patients is less than acceptable. Iba dado my mother was happy. I attribute that more to her personality than anything else. There are a couple of staff members that are outstanding, such as Cla, Take, the wellness, director, and the activities director The rest of the staff is pretty transient and our found on their cell phones, while at work, not paying attention to anything, but they’re screen This was a observed, mostly over the weekend when we visit it. Mom The leadership is less than transparent and change his stories when convenient As I said, the wellness, director and activities director are excellent They are all of the three stars rating I had great hope but left. Disappointed.

Beautiful community with friendly staff. Dreena at the font desk is amazing! She greets you with such a warm and friendly spirit. I visit several senior living communities and this is one of my favorites!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Historic Roswell Place for the more than two years of care you provided for my mom, Ruth who passed away this past December. When I relocated her to Roswell from a senior living community in New Carolina in October 2023, I knew it would be challenging for her due to her independent streak and sense of self-sufficiency. However, your compassion and kindness made the transition much easier. Thank you for making her feel at home.

Historic Roswell Place is absolutely the BEST assisted living in the Roswell/ East Cobb area. I looked a 7 different places in the area before I checked out this one for my George. He loves it here. The place is beautiful...just recently redecorated with comfy furniture, new carpet, freshly painted & 2 beautiful patios. The rooms are lovely with 2 big closets and lots of shelving in the bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and lots of cabinet and drawer space. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring and have taken such good care of George! The food is excellent & George is always telling me how much he enjoys it (and he is a picky eater). Arlene, the executive director is always responsive to any questions I may have & responds promptly. Before Covid-19, there were lots of parties, singers and activities - Christmas, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day cook-outs, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc that always included families. Now, they are just for the residents - and weekly there is bingo, trivia, movies, Happy Hour (George's favorite), Chef demos, ice cream socials, singers (outside), Book club, etc. Lisa, the amazing activities director, always has something planned for the residents. The location is perfect and residents feel like they are a part of the community of Roswell as there is always activity going on around them that they can watch from the porch.
