The staff here is so nice. Everyone knows your name and is willing to help in anyway. Regina and Katrina the administrator and assistant administrator will go out of the way to help you and know you. I'm so blessed being able to come here. The food is always hot and amazing. The other residents are willing to make you feel at home. Thank you Heins Hills sr living.

Hines Hill, the staff and residents are all a pleasure to work with. The admissions team at Hines Hill are always involved with proper discharge planning procedures and update team members and the individual addressing any questions or concerns.

Beautiful, clean new facility that just opened. We have peace of mind knowing that is Dad safe after a series of falls at home while we work to make his house more accessible. He is enjoying his stay. The staff is great, and the director, Katrina is amazing! She is always happy to answer any questions we may have since we live out of town and she goes above and beyond for Dad!

Our experience with Hines Hill Senior Living has been very positive, especially considering the cost. The facility is relatively new, but it is clear that they are quickly finding their footing and growing to meet the needs of their residents. The staff here have been wonderful and have shown genuine care for my mom during her stay. They are attentive and kind, making an effort to ensure that residents feel comfortable and at home. I also found the cost to be very reasonable, unlike many other nursing homes in Northeast Ohio. Katrina, the director, has been a standout in her role. You can tell that she goes above and beyond in her duties, and she seems to genuinely care about the tenants and their families. She had been accessible and responsive, which was very reassuring for us. It may not look like very many people live here yet, but the facility just opened in August and I have definitely noticed new residents moving in during my moms short time here, which is a good sign of the facility’s growth and stability. Overall, Hines Hill Senior Living offers a caring and supportive environment for loved ones, and we are happy with our decision to choose them.
