I thought it was illegal to not pay somebody? 🧐 They better not even try and send a W2 either. No point in calling because they will tell you in orientation to NEVER call the facility, nobody will answer. They was given my number IF they planned on paying me for the one training day I did from 6:30AM-3:30pm. Let’s not forget nothing for orientation too! Crazy and here I thought not disclosing the bedbug infestation was bad enough. ADON was nothing but a sweetheart.

My father was here for 23 months until he died tragically a little over a week ago. He received great care. We had to move him into skilled nursing because of his condition (bedridden/couldn't sit). I also visited him frequently and kept him entertained. I will miss my Dad. Be aware though, many of the patients have mental illness, dementia, or require lots of care as it is a nursing home. My Dad also received hospice care from Cleveland Clinic in his final four months.

The administration, nursing, and staff at the Elms are great! The care provided and compassion shown towards the residents is wonderful. The staff is warm and professional. Always evolving to be better!

The worst place I ever worked at unprofessional fully bugs etc the Manger got on my nerves the caregivers are lazy the housekeeping Manger got mentally problems
