Can I give 100 stars? I don’t even know how to fully express what Heritage Springs has done for my dad and for me. This past week has been the most emotionally and physically overwhelming period of my life. My father could no longer return home, and I suddenly had to find assisted living, handle his belongings, navigate medical decisions, hospice care, insurance, logistics, emotions...everything, all at once. I was terrified, exhausted and broken. And then I found Heritage Springs. From the moment I connected with Noreen, I knew this place was something rare. She is truly one of the purest and most extraordinary human beings I have ever met. She became my lifeline and made impossible things happen in mere hours. She guided me through every step, anticipated needs I didn’t even know existed, answered texts at all hours - whether she was on or off the clock - and supported me not just professionally, but emotionally. She let me cry, she cried with me, she listened, she understood, she cared and she showed up. She brought my dad a personalized welcome basket filled with items he loves, and on his first full day, walked him around to introduce him to people and amenities so he felt safe, seen and welcomed. She is, without exaggeration, an angel on earth. Megan, the nurse who coordinated his admission, worked with a level of urgency, compassion and expertise I’ve not experienced with any of dad's prior medical providers. She made what should have been impossible happen quickly and flawlessly during an emergent situation. She is calm, focused and brilliant. Celeste, head of F&B, has gone above and beyond to ensure my dad’s meals are exactly how he prefers them, and the food is fantastic. I’ve eaten there multiple times and was genuinely impressed...delicious options every day! The front desk team, engineering (went above and beyond to get dad some conveniences installed that he needed to sooth his anxiety), nursing staff, and every caregiver we have encountered are exceptional. They don’t come to work...they come in every day to love, to serve, to connect and to make human beings feel valued, safe and dignified. They treat my dad as if he's their own family, and they treated me with compassion I didn’t know strangers were still capable of. Even how I found this place felt like divine intervention. Late one night, exhausted and overwhelmed, I went to In-N-Out and with a long drive through line, I went inside, which I never do. While waiting, I met a woman who happily shared her story about some similar challenges she had with her mom. She told me she toured dozens of facilities as a healthcare professional and chose Heritage Springs for her mom. Her words came at the exact moment I needed them most. I am not religious, but I will forever believe I was meant to be in that place at that moment. Because of Heritage Springs, I finally feel something I haven’t felt in a long time: peace, comfort, safety and relief. Because of Noreen, I have hope and sanity. Noreen is a hero in a world that desperately needs one. Thank you for giving my dad dignity, joy and comfort. Thank you all, so very much...and especially to you, my wonderful new friend Noreen - you are the greatest blessing to ever enter this chapter of our lives.

From the first encounter with the amazing Noreen, Heritage Springs has been a joy to work with when moving my father to his new residence. Since then, every staff member has been welcoming and patient! The residence is clean and well maintained. I feel very confident leaving my dad in their hands!

There are no words to describe the efforts Noreen has gone through to assist my brother. I'm happily managing his health from 2000 miles away. His case is slightly complicated & fortunately he is more OK than not (YAY). To say it' been challenging to find a safe and lovely space for him as he heals, is a HUGE understatement! His recent surgery & current living conditions prevented him from returning home, without assistance for a couple more months. When every other facility in Las Vegas wouldn't consider helping, Noreen said she completely understood his situation and would try to help. What started as a glimmer of hope, has turned into a tidal wave of kindness and compassion! I am totally blown away by her CAN Do Spirit and her heroic efforts! She is truly an angel walking the planet dressed up to look like a person! Her genuine caring soul shines through the phone each time we speak. She's gone the extra mile a thousand times over already, and my brother's only been there 3 days! She along with the incredible Megan are outstanding! They have gone way above and beyond to help us! If you have the opportunity to meet these fabulous ladies .. make sure to wear really good sunglasses, as you may be blinded by the light illuminating from their halos ...

Heritage Springs, a senior living center, has been my mother's home for several years. We are pleased with the attentive service and quality of life offered here. While the price is higher, the benefits of safety, cleanliness, and proximity to scheduled activities outweigh the cost.
