Heartis is a wonderful place to consider if you are looking for a friendly, clean, professional place for your senior. My Dad has been here for almost two years and it has been a good fit for him. He enjoys the staff and has no complaints. There are certainly challenges, as with any senior living facility, but they address the issues quickly and make sure that it is a safe and comfortable place for their residents.

I could write a book about the excellent care and sincere nurturing that my mother received the 7 years that she lived at Heartis! She was the first woman to move in and the first minority! Names oh my, Carlese, Cathy,Stacie, Annie,Kayla, Audrey,Marc, Susan just to name a few have been extensions of my family… they have loved on my mother like she was a family member! No place is perfect but for the last 7 years Heartis has come pretty close!

My dad has been at Heartis for quite some time and had positive words up to the past 5 months. Sure, no community is perfect, but plainly said bad management. Constantly broken elevator, overflowing dumpster that stinks, and overflowing grease pit that stinks too are his biggest complaints. My dad is in his right state of mind and is independently living and complains that it’s turned into a bonafide nursing home. To top it off they are on their third community director in recent years and things are just out of hand with this one. Update: To be clear your records may not show my name. No sign in at front desk and not on the emergency contact list, but rest assured my funds pay for him to live there and don’t appreciate you making it sound as these are false claims certainly knowing things aren’t up to par. Granted I haven’t been there in a little over a month but sure hope you have these fixed by my next visit.

Very very well run, professional staff always with positive attitudes. My Dad lived here for a year prior to his passing and he truly loved living at Heartis. Since then my opinion has just gone up even more. Y’all continue to do such a great job. Today our quartet and a small bell choir from our church at First Presbyterian in Peachtree City performed for about 29 residents. We had fun and would be happy to come back. Maybe our bluegrass gospel band could play sometime. All the residents there have the same positive attitude your staff members have and I think it’s infectious! I always recommend Heartis to everyone!
