Heartis is a wonderful place to consider if you are looking for a friendly, clean, professional place for your senior. My Dad has been here for almost two years and it has been a good fit for him. He enjoys the staff and has no complaints. There are certainly challenges, as with any senior living facility, but they address the issues quickly and make sure that it is a safe and comfortable place for their residents.

I could write a book about the excellent care and sincere nurturing that my mother received the 7 years that she lived at Heartis! She was the first woman to move in and the first minority! Names oh my, Carlese, Cathy,Stacie, Annie,Kayla, Audrey,Marc, Susan just to name a few have been extensions of my family… they have loved on my mother like she was a family member! No place is perfect but for the last 7 years Heartis has come pretty close!

My dad has been at Heartis for quite some time and had positive words up to the past 5 months. Sure, no community is perfect, but plainly said bad management. Constantly broken elevator, overflowing dumpster that stinks, and overflowing grease pit that stinks too are his biggest complaints. My dad is in his right state of mind and is independently living and complains that it’s turned into a bonafide nursing home. To top it off they are on their third community director in recent years and things are just out of hand with this one. Update: To be clear your records may not show my name. No sign in at front desk and not on the emergency contact list, but rest assured my funds pay for him to live there and don’t appreciate you making it sound as these are false claims certainly knowing things aren’t up to par. Granted I haven’t been there in a little over a month but sure hope you have these fixed by my next visit.

As a local mobile audiologist, I was immediately impressed with the exceptional staff at Heartis during my initial visit. From the moment I entered the facility, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine respect and positivity. Although I did not have an appointment, Annie generously took time from her schedule to meet with me and thoughtfully listen to the services I provide within our community. From that first interaction, our partnership has flourished significantly. Having worked with numerous Senior Living communities across the state, I can confidently say that Annie's genuine concern for the residents' well-being truly stands out. She deeply values the quality and diversity of care provided to Heartis residents. Annie is warm, creative, personable, and undoubtedly a tremendous asset to both Heartis and the broader Fayetteville community. It is truly an honor to collaborate with someone whose heart and dedication make such a meaningful difference.
