The main reasons for my review are Traci and Carole. Traci reached out via email and phone almost instantly and followed up with me the day after my tour. Carole was wonderful to speak with. She genuinely cares. She wanted to know about my mom and saw her as a person. Not every place I visited did that. She also knows all of the residents and sincerely cares about them. I felt so supported there. The rooms are very comfortable. The courtyard is very nice as well. The halls are wide and bright. I love that it is one level so the residents can go outside, which is a priority for my mom. The staff I talked to was welcoming. I would feel comfortable bringing my mom here. We decided to go with another community at this time, but if our plans end up changing, Harvester Place will be the next place we call.

Harvester Place cared for my grandma for several years and it was such a blessing. The staff is the heart of this place, and I truly mean every single staff member. They love the residents, treat them with such dignity and professionalism, and go above and beyond in all aspects of care. I cannot say enough good about this facility, yes the building/facilities are great but the staff is what makes it so exceptional. A very warm, friendly, welcoming, and family-like environment.

Harvester Place Memory Care in Burr Ridge has been a wonderful home for my mom, and I truly feel she is in good hands here. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes all the difference in creating a safe and comforting environment for residents. While no place is ever perfect, I believe Harvester is the best place for my mom to be, and I have peace of mind knowing she is supported, engaged, and cared for with compassion. A very special shout out to Carol, Joan, Venus, and the entire nursing staff, whose dedication and kindness go above and beyond every day. Their patience, professionalism, and heartfelt approach make such a positive impact not only on the residents but on families as well. Thank you all for the love and care you continue to give—our family is truly grateful.

Amazing experience! We moved my father here 2/13/25 needing more care for his dementia and received so much more than expected! Not only was he well cared for but so was his family; They offer support groups for family as well. When my father passed a couple of months ago, saying goodbye to Carole and her staff was harder than I thought it would be. We had become a family of support for not only my father but for all the residents here. This small memory care facility welcomes its resident like family and the experience & care received is unlike any other facility. 5 stars isn’t enough for this team of caregivers.
