I cannot begin to describe the endless kindness and care from everyone here! Marissa, the Marketing Director, goes above and beyond and does an incredible job making families feel welcomed and supported. Courtney, the Executive Director, is not only extremely caring and kind, but has built such a wonderful team of hardworking, compassionate staff. The aides, servers, maintenance and front desk staff are always so friendly and caring to everyone, and it truly makes Harmony feel like home! I would recommend this place to everyone!

If I could give this a 10/10, I would!! The executive director is always willing to talk, very nice and sweet, and very professional about it all. The level of maturity for a younger executive director is above anything I have seen before. The staff she has hired treats everyone great and gets their jobs done and more!!! Couldn’t recommend this place any more than I have! Best staff we’ve seen.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this facility with a family member, and unfortunately, the experience was very concerning. During the visit, I personally witnessed the Executive Director speaking to staff in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner in front of others. The interaction created an uncomfortable environment and reflected poorly on the leadership within the building. What was most disheartening was the apparent lack of communication and compassion shown toward families and staff. Families deserve to feel heard, respected, and reassured that their loved ones are receiving quality care and attention. When leadership appears dismissive and unprofessional with employees, it naturally raises concerns about the overall culture of the facility and whether residents are truly receiving the level of care, respect, and attention they deserve. A nursing home should be led with professionalism, empathy, teamwork, and compassion. Unfortunately, based on my experience, that was not reflected during my visit.

If I could give this a zero I would this executive director is unapproachable, very condescending, not professional at all. The maturity level is like a college student that went out and hired all her besties. Needs an overhaul before people move out and all the good staff walk out.
