When navigating the loss of a family member, you hope for clear communication and fair dealing from a senior living community. Unfortunately, our family's post-move-out experience with HarborChase was deeply disappointing. Following my father's passing, the apartment was completely emptied, cleaned, and surrendered on September 19th and acknowledged via text. We asked maintenance to help us by storing two sentimental chairs for his grandson. Despite receiving confirmation that the apartment was empty and cleaned, HarborChase chose to charge our account $3,150, a rate equivalent to $315 per day, solely to hold those two chairs. When we reached out to management and leadership (including the CEO, CFO, and COO) to request a refund and address the severe communication lapses surrounding these items, communication stopped completely and our refund request went unanswered. Families navigating the loss of a loved one deserve empathy, reasonable billing, and responsive leadership. We expected basic fairness and corporate accountability, not a $3,150 price tag for holding two chairs. UPDATE - if the above was read, how is it possible that this is an actual response? HarborChase management is well aware of the situation. A generic response with a general facility number…ridiculous.

We're so grateful to the memory care team at HarborChase. The community is always immaculate, and the staff make it feel like home. Kylee, the director, is hands-on and truly knows and loves the residents. Jensie and Marie, in particular, are the kind of caretakers every family hopes for — patient, kind, and treating each resident with dignity no matter the day. Joanne's engagement with the activities bring real joy, and she includes everyone. From Rachel, who prepares the menu to Wid who prepares the activities- this organization is on point. Moving my mom into HarborChase allows me peace of mind that I know she is loved and cared for. If you're facing this decision for someone you love, you can trust this team. Five stars.

Today I visited my church friend Mary for the first time. Harbor Chase has beautiful facilities and lots of activities for their residents. A van is available for doctors visits, shopping, or appointments around town. I hope she is happy there!

If you need assisted living, Harbor Chase is the place to be. Beautiful and well-staffed Hard to imagine anything better
