The deck that offers a gathering place for all residents to enjoy the flowers/vegetables & social fun! This facility checks many boxes & the location along Muskegon Lake offers wonderful walking areas, sitting areas & an opportunity to enjoy the water life. An experience to date that we have enjoyed for our loved one. Family environment with compassionate to each individual. Thank you.

The nursing staff was excellent. Although the website and documentation states they are skilled nursing, that is not the case. You are at the mercy of the 1 RN for dozens of patients. 1 day a week wound care and doctor's visit. PT/OT Rehab is excellent however if the patient needs additional care beyond PT rehab you may consider another facility. The facility and staff were great and friendly there just was not enough staff to accommodate a skilled nursing attempt.

Our dad broke his hip and we thought this was the place to take him for rehab. Unfortunately it wasn’t the place. We found him laying in his soiled clothes with the urinal still between his legs his pants half down and so wet he had puddles on the plastic bed. This happened the first two nights he was there. Very short staffed unfriendly staff as well, his food was always cold and delivered to the wrong place, meds were not given to him on time for theropy and lack of communication between staff was a joke. So many other things I could continue with but my sister and I feel sorry for the people that are there that have no advocates for them because they are not being taken care of and I would never recommend this facility to anyone!!! We ended up removing our father from this place early because of the inaccuracy of their unprofessional knowledge. Further more we had meeting with the CEO and administer which they promised to fix the issues but neither she nor he fix anything it was always an excuse!!! For everyone reading this, please for the sake of your loved ones do not put anyone you love in this place.

My sister and I had placed my Father there after he had broken his hip after much thought. We decided this was the place for him. Boy we were wrong! The very first night we came in the next morning horrified. We smelled a foul odor, pulled back the sheets and discovered a urinal between his legs and the the bed was totally saturated along with my Dad laying in urine all night. It brought tears to my eyes and then anger. My sister and I requested a meeting with the director and another lady that overlooked the nursing staff and we're all apologetic and swore they would rectify the situation. The next morning, the same thing, my Dad's depends was so heavy it sagged like a balloon full of water, urine leaked all over the bedding again. Another meeting. Over and over it continued. We decided it was time to remove our Father immediately concerned that his surgery sight would get infected from the lack of care, empathy and extreme neglect. This is called ELDERLY ABUSE. Those poor folks that are there and have no voice or anyone to advocate for them saddens my heart. I would advise not to bring your loved ones to this facility. In my opinion, it is dangerous.
