A warm & inviting home environment. The associates go above/beyond to ensure the residents (& guests) are attended to & compassionately cared for. The IL lifestyle offers a family feel, lovely apartment(s) & a beautiful dine area, fitness room & multi-purpose room. The dine associates go above/beyond to ensure each resident enjoys their meal & have what they desire to make their dining a true experience. The deck that offers a gathering place for all residents to enjoy the flowers/vegetables & social fun! This facility checks many boxes & the location along Muskegon Lake offers wonderful walking areas, sitting areas & an opportunity to enjoy the water life. An experience to date that we have enjoyed for our loved one. Family environment with compassionate to each individual. Thank you.

Nice clean facility. Greatly understaffed. Not much attention given to the patients. Staff is friendly, but not very visible or attentive. Our father was put to bed with his clothes on every night. This is a rehab facility and he is not walked down the halls to help make him stronger. The family should be informed of what kind of rehab he will be getting in the beginning .

Cold food, long patient response time, no therapy on weekends. This place is full of excuses and huge lack of patient attention. If yiu are considering Harbor Terrace for rehab, pick somewhere else.

The physical therapy I’ve received at Harbor Terrace Senior Living has been excellent. My two therapists, Stacy Ellis and Crystal Frazee, have been thorough, professional and encouraging. Their work has been invaluable in the dramatic improvement in my physical condition. I haven’t moved this well in years. My daughter says she is stunned by how much better I’m doing. Well done.
