My Dad lived at the Harbor Campus for about 10 years. He started in Senior Living and he loved it. Then his health worsened and he went into their assisted living section and he received very good care, all while keeping his friends he knew. He ended up in the memory care unit and we were very happy with his care until he passed. This facility and their caregivers are Grade A.

My mother Mary Sauer recently became a resident of Harbor Campus in Port Washington. During the entire process of looking, then choosing an appropriate Senior living facility for my mother, we were in close contact with Maria Florczak. She was informative, thoughtful, kind, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient as we made decisions. Her level of support and her genuine love for this community is incredibly rare in today’s world. We have since been made to feel very welcome by the other employees and residents at Harbor Campus. This community has an energetic and unique family feeling to it. We look forward to our mother being a part of it!

I have been a resident in independent apartments at Harbor Campus for almost 8 months which is affiliated with Capri. I must tell you it is the most caring and compassionate facility. Being a retired nurse, I walk around the facility daily and observe the goings on. All (and I mean ALL) the employees from the top administration to the maintenance crew are so helpful and kind and greet you with a smile. They are so gentle with those who need assistance and see the needs even before being asked. The kitchen employees know us by name and even remember our likes and dislikes. We have oodles of activities and even enjoy Happy Hour! The administrator and assistant always have their door open and they listen to you and quick results are the norm. When moving to a new place, there are anxieties, but here they quickly vanish. Anybody who is considering the need to place a loved one in a place that really cares, come visit Harbor Campus! A happy resident, Judy Spagnolo

Both my mom and dad had stays here and the staff was very knowledgeable and comforting. They made lots of friends and had nice rooms to live in after my mom passed. My dad had a nice apartment until he got older and had to move to the first floor, the staff Was wonderful and took very good care of him.
