The Hampton Oaks Health Campus is absolutely wonderful! We chose Hampton Oaks for my husband to receive rehab services. The physical/occupational therapy department worked wonders for him! All of the nursing/assistants were so good and made sure he was totally cared for! The admin team, the activities staff, the custodial folks, all were caring and supportive. They even had a chef that prepared the most delicious food and catered to all of my husband's dietary needs and wishes! What really impressed me was the team approach to his stay. Even after he was released to return home, the very caring admissions director would call from time to time just to see how he was doing. Hampton Oaks checks every box and takes their caregiver role very seriously! It was so comforting to know my husband was in good hands!!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! From the very first day of arrival the staff was wonderful! Leaving your love one in a new place by themselves after having a traumatic experience at the hospital were you were able to be with them every day and night is heartbreaking. I came to HO exhausted, scared of the unknown after my mom spent a month in Indy at Franciscan. Instead of overwhelming me with paperwork upon arrival, the receiving staff made sure first of all that my mom got settled comfortably in her room, they loved on her, they took a huge load off my shoulders and ease my troubled heart by being so kind and caring. They kept asking, “is there anything else your mom or you need?” “How can we make you feel more comfortable?” “Can I get you a drink?” “How does your mom like her nights? Does she want tv on? Any light on? Music on her phone?” You name it! Absolutely first class! I left that night with a relief in my heart that mom was going to be ok and that she was going to be well-taken care of, and sure she was. Every staff member, nurse, aid, kitchen, therapist, transport, cleaning… all loving and caring. It was worth driving 30 mins. to get there while she was under their care. Mom made friends and so did we. They truly know what it is to be Christ-like and carry “each other’s burdens”. Forever grateful to them! Special thanks to Cheryl, Melissa, Kristy, Charles, Samantha, Katy, Jackie, Marife and Jeremy for the extra-care and spoiling they treated my mom with. LORD BLESS YOU 100 FOLD!

If you are searching for a place for your loved one to stay after the hospital where they will hold your hand and help you each step of the way, then you need to keep looking. The communication from the “team” here is abysmal. No one explained any part of the process to my family. We had to constantly ask questions over and over to get any kind of answers about anything going on with her care, needs, appointments, and discharge. We were also given conflicting information on multiple occasions. To sum up the experience of my loved one being in rehab at Hampton Oaks into one word: disappointing. Trilogy needs to do better!!! Education for staff and management is urgently needed.

My mother was at Hampton Oaks for a short period of time and I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, and the facilities. The staff is warm and welcoming, while being professional and showing a great deal of compassion for the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained and my parents both commented on how good the food was.
