We have had a great experience as we have explored Greenwood Village South. All our questions and concerns have been answered. Staff are caring and courteous. Current residents are very friendly. We are looking forward to the move to our new flat (apartment).

The property is nice. Also I like the free coffee for guests. I will admit all the construction makes parking and entering the building very difficult. Also the front desk staff was very unfriendly and not helpful when I called for assistance once. Also my conversations with residents make it seem like leadership keeps jacking up the rates and not considering what is best for the people who live here
