I toured Holiday Grasslands Estates last week and was truly impressed! Angela, their Sales Director, is by far the sweetest and most attentive person I’ve met working in the senior care industry. The patience she showed while giving me a full tour and answering all my questions was absolutely top tier. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and you really can’t beat the price for what they offer. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and I especially loved the fun casino table in their activity room, such a unique touch! Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re exploring senior living options in Wichita.

Many late meals due to understaffing and housekeeping can use some improvement. Letter received 7.6.24 notification about raising rent $193 effective 8.1.24. How outrageous. This could maybe force me to relocate.

I chose Grasslands for my parent. It's a beautiful, clean, safe and wonderful facility. The staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this facility as being top notch in comparison to other facilities in the area.

My mother be is a resident here. The staff is very nice. After covid hit they quarantined all residents to their apartments, after that the food quality dropped significantly, sometimes inedible other than that no problems
