I wish I could give 10 stars to Tiffany and the whole team at The Garden Place! Our dad moved here in August and it’s been the best decision ever. This team of folks really care for their residents; great meals with lots of choices and many activities, including special family events! His apartment has plenty of room and we’ve decorated it just like his previous living room. But most importantly… we trust them and know that he is safe.

Highly recommend The Garden Place! We moved my grandpa in last year and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful during the transition. The manager Tiffany and her staff are attentive and welcoming. It’s comforting to know that my grandpa is getting the assistance he needs from a loving group of people. They really know him and the other residents. Meals are great, lots of activities, and they even keep up on their social media posts so we can follow what is going on on Facebook.

I would avoid this place like the plague! I went for a tour. I got there 10 minutes early. No one was at the front desk. There were 3 staff members in the dining area talking loud enough that I could hear, but around the corner where I couldn't see them and vice versa. They talked the whole 20 minutes (no one ever came up to the front) I sat there, discussing the residents. When they started talking about how gross this one woman was I got up and left. I called and asked for the Director or whomever gave tours - the woman said oh that's me - I could tell from her voice it was one of the women talking in the dining area. I told her what I had heard and that I had sat there for 20 minutes. She said "well I'm sorry we wouldn't be a good fit for your mother, have a nice day" and hung up on me.
