My mom lives at Freedom Village. I'm visiting her and staying in the guest room and its beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you to Ileana for helping me get checked in and making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend staying at Freedom Village instead of a hotel. Thank you Miss Ileana 😊

This is the best move I could have made. My sons are so happy I live in a safe environment with so many activities that are fun, educational and plenty of physical activities to keep us healthy. They tell friends I live in a resort. Everyone from the Director Scott McAlister on down has been so helpful and friendly. Trish was great to work with and she did everything to make my move to Freedom Village a pleasant experience. Austin Kuhn Dining Director strives to make our dining experience a pleasure. Many changes going on in the dining venue which is a bit disruptive but I am sure the end result will be a fantastic dining experience. There are so many staff members that I could mention but it would be a huge list. I have no complaints as they all try to be helpful and courteous. One great benefit of living here is the excellent transportation service. I would be lost not having this available as I am unable to drive any longer. The best part of living here is the wonderful residents that are helpful, friendly and caring. This is my Freedom Village family. So lucky. So it is a great place to live and I have peace of mind and enjoy everyday.

We visited Freedom Village (FV) in Bradenton FL in mid-December 2025. We also visited 3 other similar CCRC communities in December. Our hope was to find a community that offered all levels of care and that was also a great and fun place to live with fun active folks. We knew this would be our last move ever so we wanted the best that was out there. We hit the jackpot at Freedom Village! The visit to this community was truly impressive and left us feeling excited about the possibility of moving here. The staff members were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to know and care about the residents. The whole place felt welcoming, comfortable, and very well maintained, which gave us a strong sense of peace of mind. We were especially struck by how friendly everyone was, from the people at the front desk to the residents who stopped to chat with us. The apartments were bright, thoughtfully laid out, and felt like real homes rather than “facilities.” The common areas were lively and inviting, and it was clear there are plenty of opportunities to be as active and social as you want to be. We also appreciated the variety of activities and services available, which made it easy to picture ourselves settling in and building a new routine. Mealtimes were enjoyable (and delicious) and the dining spaces felt like a nice place to relax and connect with others. Overall, the visit reassured us that this community was for us. We are so excited and can’t wait to move in. Joe and Kay Fragale Bluffton, South Carolina

My wife and I lived in DEL WEBB LAKEWOOD RANCH for seven years. We started seeing some of our neighbors health deteriorating very quickly.. So we decided to start looking for independent living facilities with all four levels of care skilled nursing assisted living memory care, and most importantly, independent living. We spent one year going to nine different facilities, and we learned that many of them do not have all four levels of CARE many only have assisted living and no skilled nursing or memory. If you look at the ratings of the Florida Institute that rates all of these communities you will find that Freedom Village is a four star facility and the only one within this area. This is especially important for those of us who do not have long term health insurance. We found that Freedom Village was definitely the best value for our money and provided all four levels of care that we were looking for. Do you research come to the Freedom Village and you will see exactly what I mean..
