Giving praise to the Marketing Director, Avery. She has been so helpful and supportive with a patient i helped transfer from another State to the AL facility. I continue to see her going the extra mile for this new resident and current residents of Discovery Village Stone Oak. I have been a professional caregiver and CNA for 14 years and she rates very highly and professional in my opinion. Toured numerous facilities for our mom and this one really stood out. Recently remodeled. Small dining room felt more like a restaurant than cafeteria and we liked that it had multiple daily food options on top of the "always available" a la carte items. This was the only one we found that would add taking her dogs out as part of her care plan plus they offered transportation to more than just Dr appointments if you gave 24 hour notice. Pricing was very competitive and Avery was EXTREMELY helpful!

Went with my grandpa to tour the facility. We were blown away! The amenities are top notch and the staff members we encountered were so nice and welcoming to us both. We were invited to stay for lunch and the food was great! Avery was so kind to my grandpa and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Make sure to ask for Avery if you go for a tour. She truly was so professional and knowledgeable about Franklin Park. My family is confident my grandpa can make this place a home.
