My mother was staying at Franciscan Manor for about 5 years and just recently passed away. I want to compliment the entire staff and care staff especially, for the attention and care she received during her last days. When our family visited her during entire her stay, the facility was always clean and well maintained.

My father was at Franciscan Manor for almost a year (late April 2025 - mid April 2026), until we moved him closer to home. Franciscan Manor is a lovely setting and probably great for assisted living residents who are mobile and can advocate for themselves. Once my father was wheelchair bound and then bed bound due to strokes, it was a totally different story. It took a long time for anyone to answer his call button, he was not given enough water during the day to stay hydrated, and he was left sitting in a chair or on the bed for hours with no one checking in to see if he needed anything. After he was put on hospice, he was mostly ignored by the regular staff and was not repositioned enough to prevent horrible bedsores and a deep tissue wound, of which the family was unaware. We were told he had two minor sores that were being treated. I was deeply saddened at the poor treatment I witnessed during Dad's last weeks at Franciscan Manor. I would never put a loved one in that facility if they had mobility issues or needed help transferring from the bed to a chair.

My mother loves it at Fransiscan Manor. The residents are well cared for and the food is great. The place is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The caring staff are there to help with anything she needs.

My Mom became a resident in the Franciscan Manor this year. It was a smooth transition and they made her feel very welcomed. The Franciscan Manor does a great job providing activities and bringing in entertainment for the residents. They also provide family events around the holidays. My Mom spent some time in rehab and they even came out and visited her to tell her that she was missed. I am very pleased with the Franciscan Manor.
