My parents moved here just before Covid. We managed through that and on through the good care and friendships they enjoyed until they passed. They were most appreciative of the staff, caregivers, medical care et al. Everyone knows there needs to be more staff in the caregivers and the dining room at times. This is the premier requirement for 5 STAR satisfaction. A special shout out to the Event coordinators Joel and Ryan, plus the pub staff. The Musical Happy Hours are truly the highlight of the week. The dance classes and games are a joy. Our family thanks you all for making this a most happy community for our parents to enjoy their final years. 💖

Fountain View Village has been a wonderful place for my father, and one of the standout aspects of the community is the Health and Wellness team—especially Nic. She brings a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and quiet persistence that truly makes a difference. My father has never been particularly enthusiastic about physical therapy, but Nic somehow manages to motivate and guide him in a way that is both respectful and effective. She has a calm, encouraging presence, and it’s clear that she understands how to connect with residents as individuals. Thanks to her, he is staying more active and engaged than he otherwise would be, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. More broadly, Fountain View Village has created an environment that feels supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff’s commitment to residents’ well-being is evident in the many small, thoughtful interactions that happen every day. I’m very grateful to Nic and to the entire team at Fountain View Village for the care and attention they provide.

I have truly enjoyed attending events at Fountains View Village by Cogir. My experiences there have strengthened my view that it is the perfect place for my parents. A large part of that positive impression is Nic Chrystie, the Health and Wellness Director. She has created a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment to learn about health and wellness in our community. Nic is consistently responsive, knowledgeable and dependable, always taking the time to answer my questions, educate me and provide support. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents and families alike makes a meaningful difference and highly factors into my choice of where my parents will transition next as they age.

My mom has been living at Fountain View Village for 9 months and is really happy there. Everyone who works there does a great job. Nic is very involved with the residents and promotes health and wellness so that the residents can have the best quality of life. She makes sure to plan fun activities like English tea (she’s from England)and is so sweet to everyone!
