This facility is truly a hidden gem in the Siouxland area. The staff are absolutely amazing and care deeply for their residents. The building is comfortable and feels like home. I can’t say enough good things about this senior living facility. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. The building is clean, safe, and comfortable, and it really feels like a community rather than just a place to live. The activities offered keep everyone engaged and social, and it’s clear a lot of thought goes into making sure residents stay active and happy. The food is also great, with plenty of options and attention to dietary needs. Most importantly, the care and respect shown to the residents is outstanding. Knowing that my loved one is treated with dignity and compassion gives our family real peace of mind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring place for seniors to call home.

Floyd Place was an excellent facility while my grandma was there! It was clean and secure; the two best things. While she may not have been the nicest resident at times, she was always cared for with dignity and respect.
