Fieldstone Memory Care of Marysville

I rarely write reviews, but Fieldstone Memory Care Marysville has been so wonderful to work with that I wanted to share with others who may be searching for a place for a family member. From the moment we began working with them, one of the first things I noticed was the top notch communication. Questions we needed answered were and continue to be answered promptly by the Community Relations Director even on weekends and in the evening. The staff there follow suit, all are helpful, pleasant, and it leaves you feeling reassured that your loved one is in good hands. Fieldstone also takes the time to learn about your family member’ as an individual and their likes and dislikes. When they found out our mom loved gardening, they reached out to local legend, Ciscoe Morris, to autograph a book for her and send her a short note. Things like this make Fieldstone a standout among memory care facilities. Additionally, the grounds are lovely, there are plenty of ongoing activities, great food and a very clean environment. It makes what is such a tough decision less stressful because you know and can see that your loved one is getting great care by a group of kind, caring, and committed individuals. Staff was absolutely marvelous in walking the family through a difficult process. We are still getting to know each other as we join the community. The prompt and clear communication from Fieldstone is much appreciated.

My brothers and I feel like we struck gold with Fieldstone in Marysville. The level of care and attentiveness is top notch. Numerous activities keep mom engaged and socializing. I recently attended a Mother's Day tea where one after another staff member came to our table to show genuine affection to our table mate, a long-term resident. It was touching and reassuring! Special shout out to JoLynne, the Director of Nursing at Fieldstone- Marysville. While every staff member we have met has been wonderful, JoLynne has gone above and beyond. Her expertise and compassion in helping our whole family navigate the complexities of memory loss has been nothing short of outstanding. We will be forever grateful for the care she continues to give.
