Starting Price $5700.00 for Private Pay
We have 5 Assessment Levels with the first level starting at $5700 and the advanced level starting at $7700.00. We accept Medicaid/Community Care on day one with no financial qualifying stay. Please see our FAQ section for more information.

Our mom was there and the staff was wonderful! They were caring, and willing to really spend time with the residents. The staff works very hard- it is not an easy job caring for dementia patients- as a nurse, I am very aware of how hard it is. Kudos to the management team as well!

My mother in law was here in the memory care cottage. We loved the care and attention given to each individual at ElderCare Cottages. Plenty of activities that everyone that can, is encouraged to participate in. Whenever there was an issue, they communicated with us right away. When she passed away recently, staff came in late at night to be with us and they had a hospice nurse that sat with her in a private room while they waited for us to arrive and until she was taken by the funeral home. They were very caring and understanding throughout her time there. This place was much better than any other assisted living/memory care facilities she was at.

Awful place staff is unprofessional and unorganized, management has no clue what to do. RN on staff leaves Caregivers with full box of meds @8pm at night to re stock cart which is not a caregiver duty, so she may be relieved from her office.

My brother has become a recent resident of Elder Care Cottages in Waterford. About 10 months ago my brother literally ended up homeless. During that time he ended up at the Salvation Army and then was taken by ambulance to the hospital for a medical emergency. During that time the Salvation Army threw out all his belongings including his eye glasses AND wallet with all his personal forms of identification. Totally inexcusable if you ask me. After being discharged from the hospital he was placed in Aria Nursing Home in Waukesha for some recovery. I looked forward to the day he would leave that poor excuse for a nursing home as the level of care was akin to being homeless. Fortunately he was placed at Elder Care Cottages and he has recovered nicely. Warm bed to sleep in, three meals a day, medical care, numerous activities he has learned to partake in. Without Elder Care Cottages we are convinced he would be living under a bridge somewhere. It may not be what everyone in this world would want for themselves, but we know he is safe and taken care of.
