The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The apartments are nice and housekeeping, cleans the apartment once every week. Edgewood feeds us three times a day. There are Activities to do if you want to do them. There are lots of friendly people here. The Edgewood Downs is a great place to live!

Without naming all the great things about living here, I'll just say that I enjoy it. Every day. OK, I'll name a couple of reasons: *A wonderful staff, caring and giving people. *Great food! *Frequent entertainment. *A well-kept environment - appreciable by this retired engineer. *Where the anwer's always 'Yes'. Meant to give a 5 rating! All about the people at Edgewood. Caring , wonderful staff and the residents become like family Mom lived there for 8 years and loved it!

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I'm in senior communities around the Portland area all the time. Tom Garlock, the Community Sales Manager, invited me over to take a tour and meet some of the staff. Some of the things I look for are smiles. Are the residents happy? I also look at the staff and how they interact with the residents. Can I tell if they care about seniors? How's the food? Is it good? Well, Edgewood Downs gets a big YES to those questions and checks all the boxes for me. I highly recommend this community! They care about seniors!
