Meant to give a 5 rating! All about the people at Edgewood. Caring , wonderful staff and the residents become like family Mom lived there for 8 years and loved it!

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I'm in senior communities around the Portland area all the time. Tom Garlock, the Community Sales Manager, invited me over to take a tour and meet some of the staff. Some of the things I look for are smiles. Are the residents happy? I also look at the staff and how they interact with the residents. Can I tell if they care about seniors? How's the food? Is it good? Well, Edgewood Downs gets a big YES to those questions and checks all the boxes for me. I highly recommend this community! They care about seniors!

I can NOT begin to tell you how amazing this facility is ! Tom Garlock the sales manager is not only charming he is well informed, understands the facility and its offerings, and is available for questions and touring, I was offered lunch and invited to events. He made me feel like this was " the place " to be ! He is more than a asset to this company !!!

Local staff is friendly and helpful. Corporate staff however is unethical and nonresponsive.
