Eden Terrace of Spartanburg

I wish I could put over 5 stars for this review. Eden Terrace, Cindy Hughes, and her amazing staff has been such a blessing from God. We recently moved due to neglect at my grandmother's previous assisted living in Boiling Springs. Cindy was always so willing to listen and discuss options. After everyone phone call and interaction she would always say, "Can I pray with you?" That gave us the peace we needed to know that we were making the right decision. Since my grandmother has been at Eden Terrace, every care giver, staff member, and even the maintenance team has been welcoming and so caring. Eden Terrace represents what the standard of medical care should be. I can not recommend highly enough a place that truly cares for their residents and their residents family. This place and all the workers deserve stars in their crowns in Heaven.

I cannot say enough good things about Eden Terrace. Many staff members knew us by name, which made every visit feel personal and comforting. One example that stands out: the team recognized that my father was overwhelmed as the primary caregiver for my mom. They suggested moving her to Memory Care during the day to better meet her needs and give him much-needed respite. That level of insight and care is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment. Cindy Hughes, the Executive Director, has built a culture of trust and empowerment among her team. Her knowledge, compassion, and experience make her a true partner for families navigating difficult decisions. At every step, Cindy and her staff supported us, offering guidance and reassurance that we were doing the right thing for our loved ones. If you are looking for a place where your loved ones will be treated like family—with exceptional assisted living and memory care services—Eden Terrace is the answer. This is more than a senior living facility; it’s a community of caregivers who genuinely care.

Choosing a senior living facility for my mother was one of the toughest decisions our family faced. After visiting several places, we knew Eden Terrace was the right choice. My mother has been in the Evergreen section for the past two years, and she truly considers it her home. The staff's care has been attentive and exceptional. They are not only professional but also genuinely kind and compassionate, always taking the time to greet us and make sure my mother's needs are met. The facility itself is always clean and feels more like a cozy, upscale hotel than a senior residence. We've been impressed with the variety of activities available, which have helped keep her engaged and active. The food is great and the snacks plentiful. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. I would highly recommend Eden Terrace to any family seeking a supportive and welcoming environment for their loved one.

I couldn’t be happier with the attention and care that my mother receives at Eden Terrace! The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate and makes my mother feel like she is at home. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is cared for and the facilities are amazing! I would highly recommend!
