My family has had a wonderful experience with Eagle Ridge Alzheimer’s Special Care Center. The staff genuinely cares about each resident and treats them with kindness, patience, and respect. They go above and beyond to create a safe, welcoming environment where residents are not only cared for but truly valued. One person who deserves a very special shout-out is Carla Miller, the Activities Director. Carla is absolutely amazing and has such a beautiful heart. The love, compassion, and energy she brings into the lives of the residents is something truly special. She creates meaningful activities that keep everyone engaged, smiling, and feeling included. You can tell this isn’t just a job to her—it’s a calling. She has a gift for making each resident feel important and cared for, and our family is so grateful for the joy she brings every single day. Choosing a memory care facility is never an easy decision, but Eagle Ridge has given our family peace of mind. Knowing our loved one is surrounded by such compassionate and dedicated people means everything. We are incredibly thankful for the entire team at Eagle Ridge, and especially for Carla, whose kindness and genuine care have made such a lasting impact on our family. Thank you for all that you do!

If you are needing the perfect place for your Loved One, Eagle Ridge should definitely be on your list. In an industry where staff moves from place to place, not the case @ Eagle Ridge. A lot of the staff have been there many years. Your Loved One will be treated like family. I am known as "The Voice of the Caregiver", due to my experience with three parents and award winning book. For the past 12 years, I have spoken all over the metroplex and I can attest that Eagle Ridge is one of the TOP Senior Alzheimer's Communities in the metroplex.

Eagle Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care CenterCare Facility, 2505 Brinker Road, Denton, TX My husband has been a resident here at Eagle Ridge for 2 years. In the beginning all the caretakers were like 1 big happy, caring family. I have gone every day to be with my husband and have watched the change. Morale is low, if you try to do the correct thing of giving a 2 week notice to transfer to one of Sinceri other facilities, the Executive Director will fire you right on the spot, which eliminates your chance to transfer to another Sinceri property. Of course all the other caretakers are watching, so they won’t be giving any notice. Another very disturbing and scary thing is we have not had a nurse at the facility for over 2 weeks. The last one survived 4 days and quit because she couldn’t work with the Executive Director. Again, I know this because I am here every day. Resident family members that only visit once a week or so, have no idea that there is no nurse for the facility. There have been many calls to corporate to make them aware of the concerns, but nothing has been done. Only thing being done is Eagle Ridge is losing more and more caretakers, the real backbone of the place. The ones who really love and care for our residents. It is sad how Sinceri has let 1 person take this place apart. I am sad and have tried to not make a knee-jerk reaction and move my husband because the caretakers here really care about the residents. Please share this if you have time and care about this happening to our most vulnerable residents.
