i would recommend Discovery Village Trinity Independent living to any senior. If you are looking to downsize and live in a place where everything is taken care of for you while you have fun , Discovery Village Trinity is the place to be! Very warm intelligent nice caring people are residents and the staff are equally caring. It is like being on a land cruise. They also cater to your family if they live nearby and like to visit you in your own private apartment. The surrounding area is also excellent . You are surrounded by many nice restaurants and excellent shopping. They serve dinner every night in the dinning room , which is part of your rent. If you have family and friends to invite to dinner they have no trouble accommodating them . It is really an excellent life style when you are getting older and want an easier life style. You are also near the city of Tampa if you enjoy sports and shows! Excellent rating!!!

Want to applaud Discovery Village for welcoming my mom to the property. The transformation from living alone to being part of such a wonderful community has had a major impact on her health and overall wellbeing. To quote my mom….”it feels like I am living on a cruise ship!” The staff and residents are wonderful! Thank you Discovery Village!

Discovery Villages is a pleasant area for my sister, who is in the memory care facility. She seems well taken care of. Her only complaint is not being able to go outside when she wants to. The other area is not having enough to do. I can't really comment on these two issues, since I am not close by to see for myself.

My Mom became a resident in the Assisted Living Facility in January. It's early days but so far we're impressed. Good staff to resident ratio, the facility is well run and clean, doctors/physical therapists/etc. are available in-house or they have a shuttle to run residents to their own doctors appointments. Folks seem responsive, each resident has a call button they can use for any help they need and response time is is good. Most importantly the residents seem to have endless activities and opportunities to socialize together - beside meals in the dining area there are 7-8 *daily* activities (bingo, trivia, movies, music) they can participate in. Staff and residents are friendly and welcoming and Mom fit right in. We visited a number of other places before selecting Discovery Village Trinity and they pale in comparison. Check it out.
