I’ve been visiting magnolia trails for almost a year now seeing patients as a nurse. I’ve noticed a significant positive change in this assisted living facility since the transition to new management. The overall environment feels more organized, supportive, and uplifting. There has been a clear improvement in how the facility functions day-to-day, with better systems in place that make care more efficient and consistent. Most importantly, the difference in resident experience is noticeable—patients seem happier, more engaged, and well cared for. The atmosphere is lighter, and morale overall has clearly improved. The front desk staff, especially Christine, is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which sets a great tone as soon as you walk in. Additionally, the Director of Nursing Raquel is exceptional—professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care.she truly goes ABOVE and beyond to do better and if there is an issue she works hard to fix it right away. It’s very encouraging to see such positive progress, and the improvements have truly made a meaningful impact.

This is a beautiful facility with caring staff. Raquel Miley is the Wellness Director and is supportive and a caring manager. She is active and supportive of the staff but also takes a personal interest in the residence. Raquel will make sure that your loved one is cared for and looked after 24/7.

The staffs are very professional, caring and helpful. Magnolia Trails is a lovely place for your love ones care. The rooms are nice size. The bathroom are huge. The activities are well put togather for the residents. The meals are wonderful. Please bring your love ones to visit.

Magnolia Trails is a lovely Memory Care facility in Tarpon Springs. So clean, very well decorated with secured exits. It makes the residents feel at home. The staff is amazing, warm and engaging when interacting with the residents. Raquel the Director of Health and Wellness comes with many years of experience and is so compassionate with the residents.
