Thank you for taking such good care of our loved one. She loved all the activities and bingo twice a week. The facility is clean and beautiful, doesn’t look like an assisted living, that’s what drew me to it.Staff is good, whenever I had a question, they answered in a timely fashion. When we moved our loved one in, I had looked at many different places and discovery commons by far exceeded the expectations. Keep up the good work!😉

If you are looking for a facility that would provide any medical care, this would not be one to consider. Nursing is neglectful and does not follow through with physician orders. Dietary is not equipped for special needs as my brother lost 30# during his stay. After returning from the hospital with acute hypoxia, he was not provided oxygen and lay on his floor overnight, not checked on until later morning. Inexcusable! Needless to say, he has since passed. Due diligence! I’m sorry I trusted Oasis referral!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Discovery Commons Brookfield. The value placed on a quality lifestyle is top-notch. From their beautiful apartments, to cares, to the dining experience, and to their robust activities program, it is all geared around creating the best lifestyle for our seniors who have physical and cognitive limitations. Their residents are family. No place is perfect and every resident/family is different. There will be an "adjustment period" for everyone...the community, resident and family alike. It is not an easy transition. The difference at Discovery Commons Brookfield is how the team works with the residents/families to immediately address issues or concerns to provide the best outcomes for everyone involved. That is what makes this team exceptional.

Discovery Commons is a beautiful community. It's always clean and you are always greeted with a smile by the staff at the front desk. LaToya and Liz are great. They genuinely care about the residents. They are professional and engaging, often working a long side the caregivers to ensure the residents needs are met and the care staff have the support they need. I would recommend Discovery Commons to anyone looking for a caring environment for their loved one to live in.
