Digby Place

Digby Place is an amazing place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The Administrator, Amber, was extremely pleasant, caring, helpful, compassionate and all around incredible when speaking with her about my mother coming there. This was hands down the best choice for my mother and she loves it there. I could not be more happy and content knowing that she is being cared for by their staff. Thank you Amber and staff for everything you do and continue to do daily!!!!

5-Star Review for Digby Place Assisted Living As a son, placing your mother in someone else’s care is one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make. My mom is my heart — she’s always been my rock, and I’ve spent my life trying to make sure she feels the love she’s always given to me. So when the time came to find a place where she could be supported daily, I was scared. I was protective. I needed a place that felt like family. Digby Place exceeded every hope I had. From the very beginning, Amber welcomed us with compassion, honesty, and warmth. She treated my mother not like a number, but like a person — someone who mattered. That meant everything to me. The entire staff has been nothing short of incredible. Their patience, kindness, and cheerful spirit have created a home where my mom feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I see it in her eyes when I visit. She’s lighter. More peaceful. And I know it’s because she’s surrounded by people who see her for who she is — a beautiful soul with so much life and love left to give. As her son, I couldn’t ask for more. Digby place is a wonderful place ! They are all very caring and compassionate people! We placed our mother here after she had several falls while living with us. It was a very difficult decision. Once she was there the staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable and happy. They spent time talking to her and showed great care. She was not the easiest person to please but they never stopped trying. She had many medical problems and eventually was placed in hospice at Digby. The staff were very attentive and took wonderful care of her. They got her up and brought her out to the dining room and common room so she could have interactions with other residents and staff. When she could no longer get around or move herself in bed they made sure she was turned every 2 hours around the clock. They made sure she was comfortable and clean. The day she passed away one of the staff, Chloe, painted her nails. She knew how much she enjoyed having her nails done. Thank you to all the nurses, assistants, support staff, & the administrators! Everyone was amazing! They take great care of their residents and the building! It is very clean! You will not find an assisted living facility better than this one! We are grateful to have had such a wonderful place for our loved one! Gratefully, The Fleming Family
