Moved my mother from Boca Raton now a year ago and it was the best thing.... The help couldn't be nicer....everyone is attentive and first class. The facilities are top notch, including 5 restaurants, which she often invites family to join her for special occasions. We especially love that there is no tipping allowed anywhere or money used even when guests valet park. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Plus, she has met a wonderful crowd of lovely new friends. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Five stars plus!!! She loves her move which originally was a hard choice to make. For her it was the perfect pick and an awesome choice. We are all so happy.........

To whom it may concern: Your employee, Amy Spiegel was extremely unprofessional today. I am with the Victorian Voices (caroling group). We were hired by Amy to perform this evening for your residents. When we contacted her about a place to meet tonight, she wrote back with “we don’t have that in our budget.” Excuse me!? Was she planning on breaking the news to us when we showed up ready to perform? If money was an issue she should have said something WEEKS ago! Shameful! Some of our singers took off work for tonight’s gig! Amy should pay us a cancellation fee! Take it out of her salary!
