After my ALS diagnosis I decided it would be a good idea to choose an assisted living facility. Danbury in Millersburg has been a very positive experience. The nursing and office staff have been excellent. Highly recommended.

My mother is on her second stay at Danbury Millersburg. She did a rehab stay after an injury several years ago, which went very well, so when we were looking for an assisted living facility it made so much sense to start with Danbury. They were able to meet our needs, with very nice facilities, excellent food and a warm, caring staff. All right near home in Holmes County, where should could keep her existing doctors / nurses / therapists, her existing pharmacy, still go to our home church and see all her friends as a lifetime county resident.

While searching the area for a place for mom we decided to stop in at Danbury. We are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in and smelled the "clean" in the air, felt the atmosphere/vibe of the facility and friendliness of the staff, we knew this was it. It actually reminded us of more like a resort than assisted living, yet with care and compassion. Tom and the staff helped with every step - from touring the facility, to helping with the admission process, to choosing a room, to welcoming mom on her arrival, everything was perfect. This being the heart of Ohio's Amish Country, I have to mention the dining room and the menu - made me want to come in for lunch. Danbury is truly a gem our area can be proud about.
