I wanted to provide insight on a very special CNA A Brown RH2. She serviced my mother the last 2 weeks room 239. Her 29 years experience is evident. She has patience, knowledge, cares, and builds relationships with everyone she touches. She was very thoughtful with my mother and cared for her pain and challenges. We felt confident every time she was on. She’s a special employee that receives recognition or a promotion of some sort. Thank your for hiring her she made a huge difference in my mothers recovery.

I’ve been resident here at Cypress Village for two and a half years. For the past eight months I’ve been involved with gardening program, half of which involved the Health Care Center. I had the great opportunity to interact with, and observe, three individuals almost daily. These three employees are always very attentive to patient well being. Their professional interaction with daily entertainment and activities was amazing. They are upbeat, caring and always busy with the residents. These three staff are: Queenie, Rhoda, and Clarissa. It is my great pleasure to work with them!

I just want to give a shout out to Alveda for the compassionate care she has shown my mother while my mother is going through rehab after open heart surgery. She genuinely cares about my mother and it gives peace to our family knowing she’s in good hands there!

The Cypress Village Health Center kitchen does an awesome job with meals. Chief in Charge is Lamont, and he makes certain that the baked ribs are tender and juicy and that desert is tempting. My mother is a resident in the Health Center and when a meal is delivered she perks right up. Occasionally Mom eats her dessert first as it looks delicious and she wants to make sure she has room. Thanks Lamont!
