My husband and I are so thankful that his mother is now living at Crescent Point. Linda Farrell was a great help getting us through the process of transferring her from another facility. Linda made the experience quick and easy. Each and every one of the staff at Crescent Point are friendly, helpful and courteous. They treat the residents with patience, kindness and the respect that they deserve. Thank you all very much for caring for our loved one! Words cannot express how very grateful we are! Sincerely, Carol and Bobby Grey

I have been a nurse for 43 years and worked in skilled long term care for 35 of those 43 years and as a result, I look at facilities through a different lens. I have had numerous clients reside at Crescent Point at multiple levels of care. I am consistently impressed with the level of compassion, commitment and professionalism that I have encountered. The team at Crescent Point are a group of ethical, caring and dedicated professionals. I always think of Crescent Point immediately when I have a client that would benefit from all they offer. I recommend Crescent Point very highly. It’s a beautiful place in every sense of the word.

I have been a volunteer at Crescent Point for the past 3 years, starting because I was visiting a friend who was a resident. After just a few visits, I became a volunteer in "Harbor", the memory care unit. The staff, from the unit program coordinator, to the aids, to the, to the cleaners, and everyone involved in the care of the residents are wonderful, giving, caring people. The entire facility is lovely with the beautiful porches, gathering areas, Harbor rooms and the apartments. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by a secretary at the main desk until you leave, you feel the kindness that is given to each and every person.

I had a patient transfer from a snf to crescent point for assisted living. Sometimes, this can be a headache with all the paperwork, and mamy phones calls to ensure continuity of care. Working with Jessica the admin made this whole process as smooth as creamy peanut butter. She was highly responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. My patient did call to tell us how much she loved cresent point. Her absolute favorite is the food!!
