When family members visit with children there’s a great game room & roof top fun She loves the food ! As of today there has been a corporate takeover I notice more activities on the screens Special thanks to Linda for welcoming us with open arms Amanda at the desk always smiles says hello like all the staff! Greg wow he helps us out with our TVs & hanging of her pictures Thanks for opening this great assisted living space in our area I also forgot to mention Mandy ! Excellent communication!

As a Pa Real Estate agent, I had the pleasure of experiencing the utmost care and support at "Crescent Fields" . From the moment I stepped into their welcoming community, I knew it was the perfect place for my 92 years old relative Irene. Irene moved here from Long Island NY ,to the 2 bed/2bath apartment and she loves it. The staff and especially Karen Dapp the director of sales, are incredibly compassionate, going above and beyond to ensure the residents' comfort and well-being. The amenities provided are exceptional, offering a range of activities and services tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of every resident. The facilities are always kept immaculate, creating a clean and safe environment for everyone. The attention to detail in maintaining the grounds and common areas is truly commendable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nurturing and comfortable environment for their loved ones. If you are looking for a place to your loved one, don't miss this opportunity and ask for Karen's help.

I was not going to do this review but … here it go *The food is horrible (can’t afford quality food) *staff sleeps in rooms *Theres a funky dog that walks around that belongs to a staff member from admissions *admissions sit In the back all day and eat eat eat and and give the receptionist the run around because they don’t want to be bothered with family & and residents *Tooooo many med errors *HR is always messing up checks. *They give the Jews Pork *overnight staff comes in with scarfs on they heads and comforter set ready for bed *And I was wrongfully fired 🤷🏽‍♀️ (said my driving record was bad after I got pulled over) BUT hired me to be a driver with that SAME RECORD. *HOWEVER. it’s a nice facility. (Besides the bed bugs)

Yes its beautiful, but also very short staffed. No Executive director, No Activities person, Scheduling in the dining staff is a nightmare everyday. Personal care dining is run by teenagers mostly, not trained in food safety. Cleanliness is also an issue. Yes I was an employee, not disgruntled just ashamed a place for the elderly is allowed to run in such a manner. Talk to the residents, but not the ones they make you talk to. Pick a few random residents, they will tell you the truth. Honestly I don't know how they are not closed down yet!!!! Now I hear there is a kitchen manager named Ricardo who picks on the teenagers that work there. They are abused and screamed at. Many complaints but he's still there!!! Still a horrible place to work.
