My grandparent has been a resident for a few weeks at this point. Service has been excellent since we first visited. The staff is caring and kind and eager to assist. Food is always great and we love to join him for dinners! Would recommend to anyone looking for a modern lively living community!

As a Pa Real Estate agent, I had the pleasure of experiencing the utmost care and support at "Crescent Fields" . From the moment I stepped into their welcoming community, I knew it was the perfect place for my 92 years old relative Irene. Irene moved here from Long Island NY ,to the 2 bed/2bath apartment and she loves it. The staff and especially Karen Dapp the director of sales, are incredibly compassionate, going above and beyond to ensure the residents' comfort and well-being. The amenities provided are exceptional, offering a range of activities and services tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of every resident. The facilities are always kept immaculate, creating a clean and safe environment for everyone. The attention to detail in maintaining the grounds and common areas is truly commendable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nurturing and comfortable environment for their loved ones. DON'T LET THE BEAUTIFUL FACILITY FOOL YOU. We moved my mother-in-law in about a year ago and had nothing but disappointment through her entire stay. The management team makes promises (Facility Director) they don't keep, the food is boring and borderline inedible, and staffing issues prevail. The worst.... the Director told us they would transport my MIL to offsite dialysis. They reneged and we ended-up spending nearly $5,000 on Ubers to commute her. Untrustworthy and ineffective are just two words that come to mind. Continue looking for a trustworthy place! IF YOU REALLY CARED ABOUT THIS, YOU WOULD PICKUP THE PHONE AND CALL ME. OBVIOUSLY, THIS I SN'T THE CASE.

I have lived here at Crescent Fields for 5 months now and I love it. It has been a bright spot in my life. The staff has welcomed me and my dog, Rickie, and made us very comforyable
