Creek Valley Retirement is Ellisville, Missouri’s premier independent living community. The community comprises 128 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Creek Valley Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Creek Valley Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.
Fitness and wellness programs including aerobics, weight lifting, yoga, walking clubs, sittercises, and many more boost resident wellness. A beauty salon/barber shop is close on the property. My father just moved in and I am thrilled with what a clean, modern, friendly, cozy yet spacious place to live Creek Valley has provided. If your loved one is ready for a relaxing yet engaging place to live, this is your place. Their apartments are beautiful and inviting. Their all-inclusive format is convenient and great value. Their public spaces are big and gorgeous. I love the all-day coffee and ice cream, the awesome movie theater, and the warm and welcoming residents and staff. I couldn't imagine a better place for my father to age comfortably, safely and beautifully in place.

Very pleased with all aspects of care, accommodations, and resort management, which is excellent. Only complaints are for corporate’s decision to stop the Christmas collection for annual gifting to service personnel (dining room servers, room cleaners, etc.)who do an excellent job and deserve tips for their great service all year, and for the kitchen’s habit of overcooking most pork and chicken dishes to the point of rendering them dry, virtually tasteless, and hard to cut and chew.

Creek Valley is a wonderful community! I visited 4 other communities before looking at Creek Valley and it was the best one for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, both the staff and residents. The food is good and there are so many activities to keep you busy. The atmosphere is great and welcoming. I am truly happy to be here!

I enjoy living at Creek Valley . I have been here for 6 months now. The staff are consistently kind and very helpful to me. The building is kept clean . I feel there are lots of great amenities that justify the price of an apartment for me . I enjoy the variety of foods offered . I would recommend this place to a someone interested in living in an independent living apartment situation for people 55 +.
