CountryHouse Lincoln (84th and Pine Lake) Reviews

My grandpa has been at Country House for over 5 years now. The staff truly care about the residents. The staff go above and beyond to make sure all the residents are getting the care they need while also providing a fun and engaging place to live. My grandpa was just telling about how much he enjoyed his latest outing where he and other residents got to take a boat ride at a near by lake. I’ve been very impressed by the staff and the new Director at Country House! They take the health and well being of the residents very seriously. They have responded quickly and professionally to medical needs and emergencies and they communicate with me regularly about my grandpa’s health needs. I visited over a dozen facilities in Lincoln before my grandpa and I decided on Country House. The facility is one of the newer ones in Lincoln and the rooms are large and private, but it’s really the staff and care he receives that makes Country House such a great place to live.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I couldn’t be happier with the care my grandfather receives at Country House Assisted Living. The staff goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for every single day. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and I’m always impressed by the variety of activities and social opportunities available to the residents. It’s such a relief knowing that he is treated like family here. The team truly understands the needs of seniors and treats every resident with kindness, respect, and dignity. I highly recommend Country House Assisted Living to any family looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Don't pick CountryHouse based on whether they would have a room available after two years of private pay. That is a lie, they only have 2 Medicaid beds available per Country House building. At the time of this writing, those beds were full for the three Country Houses in Lincoln and they don't let you use beds in other Country House Residences, only the building your loved one has been residing in.

Very disappointed in the way they handle their clients/family relationships. The most concerning is when a resident is touched in appropriately by another resident (was reported to facility by family and resident) & nothing was done. Being told this still is occurring is very concerning. My father called me requesting me to call an ambulance as he told staff how he was having pain in his chest & down his right arm. The med aide on duty gave him Tylenol and he was told to relax. I indeed called the ambulance after Dad had reached out to me for the 2nd time. When EMS arrived, staff said Dad couldn’t leave. LFR asked dad if he felt like he needed to go into the ER, he states yes thus LFR transported him to the ER. If things do not go as The Country House thinks it should, they will retaliate.
