I toured this community for one of my family members and absolutely loved the facility. The staff are very welcoming, the facility is engaging, clean, and made me feel at home. The decision was made to have my Aunt as part of Cedar Creek of High Plains, and I have overall been very pleased with the communication and care. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to call home for a family member with dementia.

Making the hard decision to move a loved one into care is often wrought with a myriad of emotions and fears. Upon touring this facility and meeting with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant, along with all the support staff we encountered, let us know this was where we wanted our Dad to be. The safety measures, the kindness and compassion, and the individualized care were things we didn’t find at the same level in other facilities we toured. Knowing Dad will be safe and well cared for is all we could ask for. Thank you, Briana and Kelsey for providing so much insight and giving us the peace of mind we needed during such an emotional and difficult time. We know Dad will be safe and happy. You’ll be seeing us often.

Cleanest and best smelling assisted living facility I’ve ever been inside. Very welcoming and professional. My grandpa was at this facility and got excellent care even in his final minutes of life. Anyone looking for a place to call home for a loved one this is the place! Cedar Creek Of High Plains is a top notch facility with great staff that treat residents like family.

My mom was moved there about a month ago. I have not met one staff member who I haven’t liked! Everyone has been so helpful with my mom’s transition, which has not been easy! They are always there to help her or help me!!! As this has also been hard for me! Facility is very nice and very clean. I am thankful we found Cedar Creek and am very grateful for all they do for my sweet (not always 😉) mom ❤️
