My mother spent the last 3 1/2 years of her life at Country Meadows in Frederick. They were beautiful years, full of activities and new friendships, with residents and staff. She even wrote stories from her life in a writing class that I was able to print in book form for our whole family. The last few months, and especially weeks were physically painful for her, but the staff was there for her every day, with physical and emotional support., even while she was dying. Every person on her care team was an angel, doing God's work. I will be forever grateful.

Country Meadows has been an outstanding partner to Assisting Hands Homecare ! Their team is incredibly welcoming and easy to work with, and we truly value the collaboration we’ve built. Recently, we shared a mutual client, and Sara S. went above and beyond to coordinate care seamlessly between both teams—her support was invaluable and ensured the client received exceptional care. We also appreciate their staff joining us for the Grand Re-Opening of our new office—it meant so much to have them celebrate with us. Thank you, Country Meadows, for your continued support and dedication to quality senior care. We look forward to working together for many more successful collaborations!

My parents entered Country Meadows about 10 years ago. My Mom quickly went to the memory unit from independent living. My Dad was in independent living until he needed assisted living and then the memory unity. While both are gone now, CM treated them with such dignity and respect. Everyone knew them and knew their status. CM was a god-send for the family and I was able to sleep at night knowing they were well taken care of.

The last thing my dad wanted was to “be put into an old folk’s home”, but his dementia got to the point that he needed more assistance than I could provide myself. After a year and a half, I’m so glad I chose Country Meadows. Dad settled in after a few months and now enjoys his daily activities and keeps busy and active. I visit regularly and we can still go on weekly outings. The staff is so friendly and professional. I know what dad is up to, proactively made aware of any concerns, and can approach them with anything I see. I am grateful that Dad is not just safe and getting meds and meals on time, but also in a place where he’s treated like the precious person he is. Thank you! 🙏
