Silverado Frederick Memory Care Community

I recently toured Silverado in Frederick, MD and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I entered the community and saw my name displayed on the welcome board in the lobby, it was clear that attention to detail and personalization are priorities. Lindsey, the Community Ambassador, conducted a thorough and well-organized tour. She was knowledgeable, professional, and provided thoughtful insight into the community’s programs and approach to care. The environment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Staff members were courteous, attentive, and appeared highly competent in their roles. It was also encouraging to observe residents actively engaged in a structured activity, reflecting a purposeful and supportive community atmosphere. Overall, Silverado presents as a well-managed, resident-centered community with a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.

I visited the property today and met with Raquita, Lindsey and Erin and the whole experience was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, there was a sign to welcome me personally, though I was just a guest. It immediately made me feel so special. As I toured the community, the energy was just so vibrant and alive; which is so important for residents. The place was beautiful with bright light and gorgeous decor. It was one of those places where I would be thrilled to live. The staff was the best part of this whole tour. Their love, passion and teamwork really shined through clearly.

Choosing a memory care community was the hardest decision I have ever made, but Silverado Frederick has been a complete blessing. Unlike other places I toured, this feels like a home, not a facility. The layout is bright and sunny, but what truly stands out is the staff. Every single person—even the culinary and housekeeping teams—is a trained dementia care specialist. They treat my Mother with such dignity and joy. Silverado has brought me peace in knowing that my Mother is going to be ok!

Silverado Frederick Memory Care is a beautiful, exceptionally clean facility where the staff truly treat every resident-and their families-like their own. It's not your typical Memory Care community. Every team member knows each resident by name, and the level of personal attention is remarkable. The environment is warm and welcoming, meals are prepared by a skilled chef, and the scones are without a doubt the best in Frederick. They also go above and beyond to honor veterans and first responders, creating a sense of pride and community. Truly, this is the best of the best.
