I wanted to share our experience with Country Meadows as we prepare for my father’s transfer there from the hospital. As many know, coordinating care over a weekend can sometimes be difficult, but their team has been exceptional. Even over the weekend, they were proactive in reaching out, providing us with options, and answering all of my questions with patience and care. At a time when communication can often slow down, they made themselves available and ensured we felt informed and supported every step of the way-even on the weekend! Their responsiveness, compassion, and professionalism have already made a stressful situation much easier for our family. We truly appreciate their attention and look forward to my father being in their care. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond.

My Dad was in Pathways, the highest level of Assisted Living. The care your loved one receives is the most important thing and I know that no place is perfect. Every place will have days that disappoint but I know that the management at Country Meadows listens and tries their best to resolve any issues. The staff was caring and nice to Dad. The PT staff was so helpful in getting Dad to move and do exercises. Dad enjoyed the food. Unfortunately Dad was not a social person but I witnessed many social activities that residents can participate in. The facility is clean and maintained. We visited every day that Dad was there and we were very pleased with this facility.

The entire team but especially Elsy Apache was a tremendous support as I worked to get my parents into a retirement new community. Elsy worked very hard to assure my parents were in the proper spot and well received by the entire team. She supported my father thru all the paperwork and understanding the move in schedule that best supported them. I would recommend CM to all.
