I’m not much of a reviewer typically, but I felt the need to do so here. I’m a retired medical professional for over 40+ years. Placing my husband into memory care has been the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. Copper Canyon has made this transition better than I could’ve ever hoped for. From the initial tour with their compassionate director of marketing, their kind and caring executive director and even their outstanding person that greets you upon entering - they all have exceeded my expectations. He is lovingly cared for, feed well, socializing nicely and is finally in a place where he is safe. I’m beyond pleased and very grateful for their entire staffs dedication to his well being. Please do not hesitate for even a moment to check out Copper Canyon and their amazing team for your loved one. I promise you, you’ll be thankful you did…

Copper Canyon Memory Care Center has been a positive and supportive environment for my mom. The staff has been attentive to her needs and care, receptive to feedback, and committed to maintaining a clean, open, and friendly atmosphere for both residents and visitors. The facility is large enough that mom does not feel confined including a wonderful courtyard where my mom enjoys spending time enjoying the Arizona weather. Overall, it's a very nice facility at a reasonable cost. Our family truly appreciates the support and compassion by the staff and management during a challenging transition in our and our loved one's life.

I have a family member at Copper Canyon Memory Care. This is a remarkable place, and I rest easily knowing the kind of care he is getting. The executive director Mr. Tony Pennachio met me and my family in the beginning and graciously toured us around the beautiful and super clean facility. His leadership was obvious in the quality of his friendly and knowledgeable staff, from the welcoming and warm Jean and Diane at the entrance to all the others. I have relied on April Walker, director of resident care almost daily the first month helping me to adjust to this new part of my and our family’s life. She knows all the residents by name and what their special needs are. Don’t you think that’s incredible..? I do. You don’t often meet people like April and you are so fortunate she is there. Her manager Alessandro Solis is right there to help when needed And immediately. Sophia Bayze, marketing is so helpful with requests and there is not enough praise for Stephanie Smith, the Business Office Manager. Who amongst us doesn’t need financial information in these kinds of complex situations?... I sat in her office at move in time for my family member and it made a huge difference in my understanding of the financial aspects. These people and countless care staff take care of our loved ones and they do it with a smile, a hello, immediate response and great efficiency. You can read about the three meals a day, the snacks, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place, the great wide halls good for walking, the outdoor patio, the good medication management and the activities from all who have been there, and they are top notch, but I wanted to emphasize that even tho they are super important things for a good memory care center, we are placing our loved ones with people, aren’t we, and the caring people who work at Copper Canyon are the best!

We greatly appreciated the compassionate care that our friend received at Copper Canyon at the end of her life. The staff were warm and friendly and looked after her every need. They also took care of our friend's immediate family and visitors, making sure they were comfortable and offering food and beverages while they keeping vigil in the last weeks. We always felt welcomed when we came to visit as well. Thank you for taking care of everyone during this difficult episode and especially for the care and attention you gave to our friend.
