Spent 20 days at Rebecca Residence for rehabilitation after foot surgery, the Therapy Team with Cory getting me adjusted to my new environment, and lifestyle taught me what I needed to know to succeed. The nursing staff was very helpful, with Macy, my favorite, with so much caring, Cheryl and my man Mike holding up the overnight shift and Alexis and Lisa covering afternoon. All great people. Jody was the environmental cleaner who kept my room spotless and the servers like Agnes who always had a smile. Everyone helped each other and would do anything to help you!

My mom care was excellent while she was there, and the evening she declined quickly the staff was beyond exceptional. We just talked about next step of hospice. The fast acting response by aides Jess, Sabrina and Nurses Patty and Lisa to help my mom out of distress i don't have the words other than A plus. Aide Michael was exceptional all week, my mom had a special liking with him all week, and the after her passing care was fantastic as well. Her team was so compassionate and caring. We want to give a huge Thank you to entire staff all week from Administration to all separate departments PT, OT, Nurses, and PA and NPs. Our family highly recommend your facility for the services you provide Thank you again

I have not been in a nursing home as clean as Concordia Rebecca. My private room was kept clean, the mattress very comfortable, and the food was pretty good too. The entire staff, including OT & PT could not be kinder or more helpful and pleasant.. Pam, Kyle, Jennifer, Debbie, Megan, Carol, Matt, Cory, Melissa and I know I left people out.. were absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Concordia should recognize all those who were assigned to my care.. many thanks to all those who helped me!

My dad was here for a short time period - he had the best care on the personal care side of Concordia at Rebecca Residence. The staff and care was beyond exceptional. The environment was so friendly and inviting that my mom decided to volunteer here after my dad’s passing and she really enjoyed volunteering and helping the residents get to their activities. My dad really enjoyed the daily activities.
