I wanted to take the time and reach out about my families experience at The Kings Grant House. My mother had fallen and needed additional rehab. We worked mostly with the Sales Director, Michelle Kim. She was an amazing professional in her role. Her grace, kindness, and empathy put my sister and I at ease. The place felt very familiar having grown up in Kings Grant. Michelle and the team were very accommodating in terms of getting my mother a room in a narrow time frame. It was an adjustment for our entire family, but made sense for the needs of my our mother at the time. The whole staff we encountered lead with compassion and concern for my families needs. Mom eventually made it home, but we were grateful for the care she had received during her brief stay. Sincerely, Ben Johnston

I had an exceptional experience touring this beautiful building. I even got to sit and speak with one of the residents whose wife is in memory care here. He shared his life story and how amazing his experience here has been, even helping him better understand the difficulties of dementia so he can better care for his wife! A truly wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

Happy to share about our family’s great experience working with this facility for long term care. Our mother was failing at home and we searched high and low for a facility that we felt comfortable with. My husband and I live out of state which was an additional challenge to figuring this out. We worked with Michelle who made this transition very pleasant and we are thankful for her assistance. The facility clean and bright, the sun shines so nicely in the common areas, everyone is kind and compassionate. It felt safe and secure to leave our mom here. Looking forward to coming to visit mom at this beautiful facility.

The staff there are very friendly. It makes for a comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed the music session that my friend Jason Munnerlyn provided for the residents. Thanks you to Tina Bailey and her staff for hosting
