Gloucester House has been wonderful so far. We are newer to the community. My dad's been in the memory care area for just about month. The facility is light and bright, clean and welcoming. I love that he has access to fresh air in their courtyard. There is usually music playing and activities taking place to keep my Dad and the other residents engaged. I've watched as the staff has been attentive to all the residents and patient with their individual needs.

My sister and I are incredibly pleased with our decision to move our mother to Gloucester House. After almost a year of watching her decline and grow increasingly depressed and dependent at another facility, we knew something had to change. Making the move was the best decision we could have made. The difference has been remarkable. We are always greeted with a smile, and mom is truly happy and thriving again. The activities keep residents engaged, the environment feels like home, and the entire staff-every single one of them, from concierge to administration-is exceptional! Their kindness and attentiveness shine through in everything they do. The food is homemade and delicious, and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate mom's dietary restrictions, preparing wonderful meals when she can't have what's on the main menu. The peace of mind Gloucester House has given us is priceless. They've lifted such a weight off our shoulders and have genuinely become a welcome part of our family.

The staff is fantastic! I can contact someone or leave a message. They call back!! I finally found a place that I do not have to worry! She is happy, still complains but that's her! It's things that don't matter! I will recommend Gloucester house to everyone. You will know your loved one is safe and taken care of with dignity.

Commonwealth Senior Living at Gloucester House is a warm, welcoming community that truly prioritizes quality care. The facility is clean, well‑maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell there is a strong sense of care and attention given to residents and their families. A special shout‑out to Haley Hamilton, the Sales Director, who is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She is quick to respond, supportive throughout the decision‑making process, and always willing to help families in any way she can. Her dedication truly impacts the experience families have with this community.
