Grateful for the great directors and leadership at Georgian Manor. They work sooo well with their team and are very friendly, caring and kind to the residents and family, especially to my mother. I feel they work so very hard to provide a positive healthy, clean, fun, and warm environment for their residents. Thank you for all you do to help the residents feel productive and cared for!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻

This one star is not for everyone this one star is is for a few things I been seeing over the past few months. My aunt is a resident here and has been one for quite some time. The staffing turn around for the nurses are horrible how can they take care of these residents without nurses. The lady Kristy who runs the building is the absolute worst before she came my aunt was content here happy now this lady came who I would say have not been here for very long because it was other directors here before her who I adored as well as my aunt. This new director first off attitude is ugly when ask to speak with her you can't. In my opinion this is why there are no workers because who wants to work around that. Other staffing here are great I am always greeted by other workers here I can say the food is also very good my aunt enjoys her meals everyday I dont have to bring her food. I would like to say and I am hoping this reaches the correct person consider a better director in this place because if not I will be finding a new place for my aunt. I am not usually the one who complains and I just feel like this place is dropping. My aunt been here way to long and if all of a sudden she can barely have a nurse around here what is she supposed to do. I have spoken to another family in this same facility who spoke about the director Kristy and they wasnt very happy with how her attitude is either. More staff would probably stay if someone in the building came to work that really cared (director). I have yet been able to speak with her about a concern I had months ago with my aunt room. When before I never had this issue we been here long enough and I can see a big difference in this building now and this is why I had to give it a one star. Other then that everyone is great and I have no other issues. My aunt is ok at times this place has to get better with the staffing and the turnaround rate this never happened and I will not allow my aunt to stay here with this happening. It starts with the director of the building. I will continue to watch and if nothing changes I will find a way to contact the higher person. My aunt is in need and in here for her reasons one person can ruin it. My aunt been here for years to have to start all over again at a different building this is not fair to her that she can't always get the help she needs. Kristy should consider putting more effort out there for this place as I am not seeing that happen.

My dad is quite content here. He’s been here for a year now. The staff are all friendly, loving and care about the residents. They treat the family with respect and are welcoming each time we visit. They’re always hosting family events, and have an active daily schedule for the residents. The food is good too. The place is clean and pleasant to visit and it always smells fresh. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

My mother-in-law has only been here a short while, but she already loves the people and the activities. We set up and decorated her room the way she wanted it with her own items. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and kind and have taken the time to get to know her and encourage her to participate in activities. The food is freshly made and they offer a great variety of meals. We looked at several places and are so happy with our choice for Georgian Manor!!
